Our Providers

We have a well-rounded professional staff to provide for your children’s healthcare needs. We also have a trained staff to answer calls for medical emergencies that may arise after hours, on weekends, or holidays. We look forward to continuing to serve the Lowcountry.

Dr. Mark J. McCall is our founding provider. He graduated from the University of Tennessee and is a practicing pediatrician for over thirty years. He and his wife, Diane, have two children and three grandchildren.

Dr. Lea Schwab is a graduate of the University of Tennessee and completed her academic residency at the Medical University of South Carolina. She completed her fellowship at the Medical University of South Carolina specializing in pediatrics. She is married and has two sons.

Hali Segelken is a pediatric nurse practitioner. She received her bachelor’s degree in biology from the College of Charleston and received her master’s degree in pediatric nursing from the Medical University of South Carolina. She is married and has two children.

Rebecca Jiannuzzi is a pediatric nurse practitioner. She received her bachelor’s degree in biology from Virginia Tech and a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Johns Hopkins University. She worked as a registered nurse at the Medical University of South Carolina Children’s Hospital for four years. In 2005, she graduated from the Medical Univeristy of South Carolina with a master’s degree in nursing. Rebecca is married and has four children.
