Our after-hours number is (843) 727-2933. After-hours calls are truly for emergencies only. Calls made after hours will be referred by the answering service to the medical assistant or provider on call. Every attempt will be made to return your call promptly. Giving the answering service accurate information such as the child’s condition, your name, child’s name, and a contact number where you can be reached will ensure we can plan the best course of action for your needs. If we are unable to return your call due to emergency care of another emergency, and you feel that your child is in a life-threatening condition, please call 911 or take your child to the nearest emergency treatment facility.

We are located at 312 Midland Parkway in Summerville, South Carolina.
If you are coming from downtown Summerville:
  • Head South on North Main St/ US-17 Alt
  • Turn left onto E. Carolina Ave
  • E. Carolina becomes SC-165
  • SC-165 becomes Old Trolley Rd/Trolley Rd
  • Turn left onto Midland Pkwy
  • Once you pass Summerville Medical Center on your left, you will see Summerville Pediatrics on your right.
If you are coming from downtown Charleston
  • Begin on I-26 going West
  • Merge onto US-78 via Exit 205A
  • Turn left onto Ladson Rd
  • Turn right onto Midland Pkwy
  • Very soon after you turn onto Midland Pkwy, you will see Summerville Pediatrics on your left.
